Rental Includes:
Rental start date
Rental period starts the day after items are received.
Rental return date
You can initiate a return by contacting Triple W at sp-us@www-biz.co. Return shipping must be postmarked by the rental due date to avoid charges.
Extensions
DFree rentals automatically extend monthly on your due date until you return your item or you can extend your rental at any time. You can extend your rental period by contacting Triple W at sp-us@www-biz.co.
Buyouts
You can purchase your device at any point during the rental period. 100% of the rental fee paid will be applied toward buyout. Note: Your buyout price is based on the selling price of item minus all monthly rental fees paid until the time of buyout. You will also receive 1 year warranty from the day you purchase (buyout) the product.
Discounts, Promotions and Referrals
For the rental option, you will not be able to use our discount code or apply any promotions that we may be running. Also, referral program may not be used for the rental option.
Shipping
Initial shipping fee (sending the product to the renter) will be added to the first month rental fee. Renter also assumes the cost of return shipping at the end of the rental.
Methods of Payment
You authorize us to charge any amounts owed by you under these Rental Terms to the card you used to rent the item.
Rental Availability
DFree Rentals is currently available only to customers with shipping addresses in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories). DFree Rentals is currently unable to ship items to APO / FPO addresses.
Liability
When we receive a returned device, we will determine in our sole discretion if it is in acceptable rental condition. If the returned item is determined by us not to be in acceptable rental condition, we may in our sole discretion charge you the buyout price (calculated as the full purchase price of the item as of the time of rental, less any rental fees and extension fees you have already paid), and ship the item back to you to keep.

* We are not able to accept orders from customers with primary residence outside of US as the product is certified for use in US only. We are also not able to provide repairs and exchanges for customers outside US. We appreciate your understanding.
