Returns, Replacements & Refunds 


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Triple W for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with its original packaging and all original accessories to qualify for a refund.

Please submit a return request to get a return material authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Once you have an RMA number, send us your return with the RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the box. Shipping fees for returns will be covered by the customer.
