About Triple W

DFree is the first non-invasive, wearable device for urinary incontinence. It provides men and women advance notice of when they need to go to the bathroom, so they can get there in time.

Our Vision

Our vision is to empower people to live life independently without bladder worries.

DFree was developed by Triple W based on direction from our CEO and founder, Atsushi Nakanishi, and was first introduced in Japan in 2015, and later in Europe. People with incontinence and their caretakers have relied on DFree in more than 500 care facilities. In 2018, DFree became available for the first time in the United States. DFree stands for “diaper-free.”

DFree is endorsed by the National Association for Continence (NAFC), the Spina Bifida Association and the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society.
