Rentals Terms & Conditions

Triple W offers you the ability to rent DFree device through Triple W's web site - https://www.dfreeus.biz/ ("DFree Rentals") subject to the following conditions (the "Rental Terms"). If you choose to rent through Triple W, you accept the Rental Terms.  Please read them carefully.

Your use of the Triple W website is also governed by our Web Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, policies, limitations and requirements. If, and then only to the extent that, the Web Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other applicable terms are inconsistent with these Rental Terms, the Rental Terms will control only with respect to DFree Rentals.

Rental Condition

When you rent through Triple W, you may receive a new or used item but all rentals will be in acceptable rental condition. Acceptable rental condition means that the items you rent will always be professionally inspected and prepared by Triple W. This means your rental item will always be in working condition with no structural imperfections that could impact the functionality. The products may be packaged in a generic box and will include relevant accessories with exceptions, if any, mentioned on the product detail page of that item.

Rental Return

During the Initial Rental Return Period (“Initial Rental Return Period” defined as the first 30 days of the rental period following receipt), you may return the item to Triple W for a full refund, subject to our standard Product Return Policies.

We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit from you to us or for items that are sent to us in error.

When we receive a returned device, we will determine in our sole discretion if it is in acceptable rental condition. If the returned item is determined by us not to be in acceptable rental condition, we may in our sole discretion charge you the buyout price (calculated as the full purchase price of the item as of the time of rental, less any rental fees and extension fees you have already paid), and ship the item back to you to keep.

Extension Fee; Automatic Purchase

By renting through Triple W, you are agreeing to return your rental item on or before the due date. You have options to extend or purchase your rental (contact Triple W for details). By keeping your rental beyond the current due date, you are agreeing to pay additional extension and/or buyout fees as may apply.

If the rented item you return to us is not postmarked on or before the item’s due date, we may in our sole discretion automatically extend your rental period by an additional 30 days and charge you the applicable 30-day extension fee for the item.

If, again, the rented item you return to us is not postmarked on or before the last date of the 30-day extended rental period, we may in our sole discretion continue to charge 30-day extension fees for each 30-day period until the buyout price provided to you at the time of the initial rental is reached. At this point the device will be yours to keep.

Buyouts

You can purchase your device at any point during the rental period.  100% of the rental fee paid will be applied toward buyout.  Your buyout price is based on the selling price of item minus all monthly rental fees paid until the time of buyout.  You will also receive 1 year warranty from the day you purchase (buyout) the product.

Methods of Payment

You authorize us to charge any amounts owed by you under these Rental Terms to the card you used to rent the item. We reserve the right to block or cancel orders if you incur outstanding and unpaid fees for rented items and we are not able to charge such fees to any card on file.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title to each rented item remains with Triple W during the rental period. If you elect to purchase the rental item, or if we charge you the buyout price because you did not return the item or returned the item in unacceptable rental condition, title to the rental item will pass to you when we charge you the buyout price.

Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier (both for the initial shipment and for any return shipments from us to you). For returns from you to us, risk of loss passes to us upon our receipt of the rental item from the carrier.

Availability

DFree Rentals is currently available only to customers with shipping addresses in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories). DFree Rentals is currently unable to ship items to APO / FPO addresses.

Agreement Changes

We may in our discretion change these Rental Terms or any aspect of DFree Rentals without notice to you. If any change is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or Rental Terms.
