General Questions

What can I rent?

You can rent DFree device.  We do not rent accessories (tapes and gel).

Will I receive a new or used rental item?

You may receive a new or a used rental item, based on availability. All used rental items will be professionally inspected and prepared prior to shipping. If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, you can return it within the initial return window for a full refund. See Rental Terms and Conditions for more on initial return window and refund policy.

What does professionally inspected mean?

The items you rent will always be professionally inspected and prepared by Triple W. This means your rental item will always be in working condition with no structural imperfections that could impact the functionality. The products may be packaged in a generic box and will include relevant accessories, as mentioned on the product detail page of that item.

Will I be charged sales tax on my rental order?

Taxes will be applied to rentals where required by state law.

Will I be able to use discount code or referral code for the rental option?

For the rental option, you will not be able to use our discount code or apply any promotions that we may be running.  Also, referral program may not be used for the rental option.

Shipping

What shipping methods are offered?

Triple W's standard shipping rates apply when you rent. Rental orders are Fulfilled by Triple W.

Will you ship my Rentals internationally?

We ship rental items only to the continental United States.

Returning my rental and late fees

How do I return my rental at the end of my rental period?

You can initiate a return by contacting Triple W at sp-us@www-biz.co.  Renter assumes the cost of return shipping at the end of the rental.

Will I be sent reminders as my return due date approaches?

Yes. Triple W will email you reminders for your rented items to the email address provided at time of rental.

What happens if I am late returning my rental?

If your rental item is not received with a postmark of the due date or an earlier date, additional extension/buyout charges may apply.

Does Triple W’s standard 30-day return policy apply when I rent?

The initial return period is 30 days. If you return the device within the first 30 days of your rental period in the same condition as when you received it, you will receive a full refund of the rental fee. If you return your rental outside the initial return period, you will not receive any refund of the rental fee, even if you return your rental before its due date.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes. You have flexibility to extend your rental for different periods. Each extension charge applies toward your buyout price so you’ll never be charged more than the full price of the item.  You can extend your rental period by contacting Triple W at sp-us@www-biz.co.

Can I purchase the item during my rental period?

Yes, you may purchase your rental item after the initial return period (30 days).  You can purchase your device at any point during the rental period.  100% of the rental fee paid will be applied toward buyout.  You will also receive 1 year warranty from the day you purchase (buyout) the product.

Note:  Your buyout price is based on the selling price of item minus all monthly rental fees paid until the time of buyout.

Can I get a refund for an extension if I end up not needing it?

Full refunds will not be given outside the initial return period (30 days).
