What should I do if the device is not working properly?

Answer:

Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Triple W will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that contain such defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
